About Chapman University

The Digital Arts program at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts prepares students to thrive as artists no matter how the technology evolves. Focusing on the fundamentals of drawing, color, and design to start, the curriculum is designed to help students develop core artistic skills, as well as technical expertise. They learn the timeless principles of motion, gesture, composition, color theory, story structure, performance, and sound design from our award-winning faculty, including Oscar®-nominated animation director and computer graphics pioneer Bill Kroyer, and regular visits from the world’s top directors, designers, and visual effects artists who have worked on films such as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and WALL-E, as well as connections and trips to Dreamworks, PIXAR, Nickelodeon, Rhythm & Hues, SONY Imageworks, Activision/Blizzard, and Disney. We encourage you to stop by our booth and visit our website www.chapman.edu/dodge for more information.
